Thinking About Story Elements

We have studied the story of the Three Little Pigs to help us learn and understand story elements like character, plot and setting. We read the story, then watched the classic Disney movie of the Three Little Pigs and discussed how they were the same or different.

Here is the venn diagram we made:

Later we discussed the term “setting” and what that means in a story. We came up with all different kinds of settings:
